We have 6 floor plan options. The layouts are not customizable but are set to suit the majority of situations, whether it’s a granny flat to place in your backyard or a boutique hotel style cabin for Airbnb on your property.
Colours, fixtures, fittings, and finishes can all be personalised to suit your unique taste and preference, along with a range of other add-ons including designer lighting packages, deck pods, patio roofs, or roof top decks to make the most of your open air living.

We can help you engage a certifier to streamline the process and coordinate with all necessary tradespeople to obtain any relevant building and plumbing approvals, if needed.
You will need to hire a local builder or a tradesperson with an owner builder permit to site the cabin upon its arrival at your property. Please note that we do not guarantee approval or certification of your tiny home.
All services within the cabin are set and ready to go. All you need is the relevant tradesperson to connect them to your property and provide their completion certificates for the certifier.
